Staple lacer conveyor belting tools

Ready Set™ Staple Guide Kit

This conveyor belt tool securely holds the fasteners on the belt, in proper alignment, while staples are driven into it. The staple guide installs two staples simultaneously for fast, simple splicing and the tool can be moved rapidly along the belt as staples are installed. Also, it provides a solid anvil surface for the initial clinching of the staples.

Installation tools for rivet fasteners

Easy-to-use, portable tool that makes multiple rivet driving simple and fast. The MSRT conveyor belt tool holds the belt, fastener strip, and the guide block (included) securely in place. Using the multiple drive rod, up to 8 rivets can be driven simultaneously. Plus, each guide block holds enough rivets to install four fastener plates before reloading.

Air cooled press

Once taken from the transport case, this conveyor belt tool is fully operational and ready to splice. There are no external systems such as water tanks and pumps needed. All functions and subsystems are integrated into the press. The press has an built-in air-cooling system which ensures that the belt is quickly cooled down. This increases the splice quality and the operating speed of the press. For most belt materials, the entire operation can be completed within 7 to 12 minutes.

Finger cutter
